Ramona Abdo

Ramona Abdo teaches architecture and interior design studios as well as history and theory courses. She earned her Bachelor degree in Architecture from the American University of Beirut in 1995 and a Master of Architecture from the Berlage Institute in the Netherlands in 2000.
Abdo joined LAU as a part-time faculty member in 2003, became an Adjunct faculty in 2016 and was recruited as a full-time faculty member as of Fall 2022. In parallel to her academic career Abdo has been involved in practice as senior architect at Nadim Karam Studio (Atelier Hapsitus) where she was lead architect on numerous projects such as A.Muse.Um. Since 2021, Abdo established her independent practice in Architecture and Interior Design.
