Bassam Geitani is currently a lecturer at LAU, teaching courses in Fine Arts. For the past decade, he has had numerous private exhibitions in galleries and institutions, including Janine Rubeiz Gallery and University of Balamand in Lebanon, and Société Civile des Auteurs Multimedia and Chaillot Palace in France. In addition to his gallery representations, Geitani’s awards for his work include Young Artists Special Prize and Special Prize of the Jury from Nicolas Sursock Museum in 1995 and 2003, and Science and Art Award from CICT/UNESCO for his project “Fontaine” in Paris.
