“Between Inside and Outside: A Critique of (Super)-ficiality in Contemporary Architecture”

This public lecture will be given by Dr. Nadir Lahiji, a visiting tutor at LAU, where he is currently giving a workshop for final-year architectute students.

Lahiji has taught at several universities in the United States, including Georgia Tech, University of Pennsylvania, Drexel University, Pratt Institute and Penn State. He has a number of publications on modern and contemporary architecture, among which an edited book on Plumbing: Sounding Modern Architecture. He is currently working on a book titled The Political Unconscious of Architecture.
