Eli’s professional experience include design work for Marchesa, a fashion house founded by Georgina Chapman and Keren Craig and based in New York. After Marchesa, Eli integrated the menswear leather department at Hermes in Pantin- France working under the creative direction of Veronique Nichanian and developing leather samples and prototypes for the show.
His journey then carried him to the studios of Christian Dior / womenswear where he worked brainstorming and developing design samples and maquettes for three consecutive collections under the creative direction of Raf Simons.
In 2016, Eli Baroud launched his eponymous clothing brand BAROUD based in Beirut.
In 2017, Eli Baroud integrated LAU’s fashion school where he has been faculty since.
