He holds a Master in Design for Emergent Futures from the Institute of Advanced Architecture in Catalonia. Currently, George gives design studio courses at the American University of Beirut and the Lebanese American University.

He draws inspiration from the cyclicality of the natural world. His work focuses on sustainability and cultural heritage preservation.
