Nagham Naim graduated from LAU with a degree in Business Management in 2003. Meanwhile, she worked at Librairie du Liban Publishers during her studies. She joined LAU as a part-time staff in the School of Arts and Sciences in 2004, while working in parallel on research projects in the School of Business. She became a part-time Academic Assistant in the School of Architecture and Design in 2005; she was promoted to full time Academic Assistant in 2006 then to a Senior Academic Assistant in 2012 then to Principal Academic Assistant in 2020.
