Since founding the company in 2021, she has led its rapid growth into a multidisciplinary practice recognized for complex project delivery, sustainability expertise, and concierge-level client service across residential, commercial, and institutional sectors.

Originally from Lebanon, Terry holds a Master’s degree in Sustainable Development and recently completed a STEM MBA with a concentration in Finance at George Washington University, graduating Magna Cum Laude. Her professional background combines design leadership, business strategy, operations, and development, with a strong focus on scaling integrated project delivery models and expanding into public and institutional work.

Beyond business, Terry is deeply committed to philanthropy and community impact. She is the founder of the Charity Donation Foundation in Lebanon and actively supports initiatives related to education, mentorship, sustainability, and women’s leadership in traditionally male-dominated industries.
