The Potential of Fragility

The Department of Fine Arts and Foundation Studies is hosting a lecture by Zena Meskaoui titled “The Potential of Fragility”.
Meskaoui has been teaching at LAU since 2003. Her area of academic expertise is Art History (modern and contemporary) and Critical Theory. She has designed, developed, and taught a number of courses at both undergraduate and graduate levels. Her experience includes trans-disciplinary activities. Her research and publications include a special emphasis and interest in Lebanese and regional artistic production: Dignity (R)evoked: Art in Lebanon — A Reading Between Lines (forthcoming: Atropos publishing 2016); “Signifying Bodies.” Rethinking Intersections.
