Between Line and Form: Naim Doumit Sculptures and Drawings

The Institute of Art in the Arab World (IAAW) invites you to an exhibition titled Between Line and Form: Naim Doumit Sculptures and Drawings, co-curated by LAU Professor Yasmine Nachabe Taan and LAU Instructor George Hanna.

The exhibition will explore the artistic practice of Lebanese artist Naim Doumit, bringing together sculptures and drawings that reflect his longstanding engagement with material, gesture, and form. Moving between the expressive possibilities of line and the tactile presence of sculptural materials, the exhibition offers an insight into Doumit’s sustained exploration of the human figure, abstraction, and the relationship between artistic expression and materiality.
