Interface:07 Exhibition

On February 6, the School of Architecture and Design launched an exhibition titled Interface:07 featuring students’ work created during fall ’23 in the school’s painting and sculpture studios.

Thirty students, some of whom had taken the courses as electives, displayed their artwork, which ranged from sculptures, ceramics, and watercolors to oil paintings.

Dr. Lee Frederix, associate professor and associate chair of architecture & interior design, said that the students’ works showed great and promising talent which will serve them well in launching their careers in the art world.

“The courses in fine arts are open to all LAU students who wish to develop their creativity in painting and sculpture,” he added.

The exhibition in the Gezairi Art Gallery is open weekdays from 9:00 a.m.—5:00 p.m. until 16 February.
