The School of Architecture and Design held orientation sessions for all its incoming students during the first two weeks of classes at LAU’s Beirut and Byblos campuses. Organized by the School’s Teaching and Learning Committee, these sessions aimed to introduce new students to SArD’s academic environment and community. They provided students with an introduction to their studies at SArD, while helping them foster early connections with faculty and peers. The program included a welcome and icebreaker, followed by a presentation highlighting the School’s administration, Foundation program, facilities, accreditation, advising relevant to first-year students, and an overview of the School’s Teaching and Learning Culture Policy. The sessions wrapped up with a closing Q&A accompanied by refreshments.
